1.Return goods request:

Customer can ask for authorization to return an item by completing and sending an RMA form to the appropriate electronic mail address (resi@tphelectronic.com), this form can be downloaded from HERE or can be requested by e-mail sent to resi@tphelectronic.com

2.RMA authorization number:

As soon as a return goods claim has been evaluated and considered valid, Tph Industry spa will assign an RMA authorization number which must be indicated on the transport document with the wording “return goods for replacement” on the package label. Returns cannot be accepted if the return has not been authorized or if the RMA form has been incorrectly completed.

3.Item transport:

The package shall be sent via courier, postage paid, to our business offices in Via A. Pegoraro, 26 – 21013 Gallarate (VA), ITALY.

4.Evaluation of returned goods:

Tph Industry spa reserves the right to evaluate the returned goods in about 3 - 4 weeks; this time interval is due to the fact that the item will have to be sent to the manufacturer to carry out the necessary checks.
In no case can items be returned after 6 months have elapsed from date of acquisition (date of invoice prevails).
Once returned goods have arrived on premises, Tph Industry spa will evaluate and decide whether or not to accept or refuse customer claim. If the return is accepted, Tph Industry spa can proceed to send customer a replacement item or allow a special discount for the purchase of a new item.

5.Exceptions and the Right for replacement:

Tph Industry spa however, reserves the right to replace the defective goods in exceptional circumstances and, if urgent, even without waiting for the part to arrive at our premises. But in such cases the new item will be sent to the customer together with relative covering invoice as if it was a new sale. Should check carried out on returned item confirm that it is in fact defective, we will then proceed to issue relative credit note completely cancelling the invoice for the new item.
